There are many causes that are close to my heart. In 2015 and 2018 I raised money for Pahar Trust who raise money for schools in Nepal. The money I raised went directly to Deaf schools in Nepal, two of which I visited during the trips that I was a part of. The money was used to build sleeping quarters to ensure that children from further away would be able to attend school.
In 2016 I raised money for the Scottish Sensory Centre glossary project raising the money for new maths signs to be added. I was part of a team who abseiled down one of the Edinburgh university buildings, all 141 feet of it! Thank you to all who supported me in this and to those who donated money.
